Refrigerated Wine Preservation Systems
These systems tend store multiple bottles of wines and are used in restaurants and wine bars for serving wine by the glass. They are generally inert gas systems and can serve white wines chilled, along with allowing a bottle of wine to be open from anywhere up to 60 days.
Some of the Wine Preservation Systems are:
Wine Saver Cool Cellar
The Wine Saver Cool Cellar wine preservation system combines a Wine Saver PRO dispensing system with a Perlick refrigerated cabinet designed especially for temperature controlled wine storage. The unique temperature controlled wine storage and serving solution allows you to adjust the temperature for red or white wines, and keeps the wine fresh for 2 plus weeks.
EuroCave 'Vin au Verre' 8 Bottle Wine Dispenser
A simple and reliable nitrogen wine preservation system for serving wine by the glass. The EuroCave 'Vin au Verre' is a refrigerated serving unit, enabling you to keep 8 bottles (4 reds and 4 whites) ready to serve and to store an additional 8 bottles at the perfect serving temperature.
WineStation by Napa Technology
The WineStation claims it can store an opened bottle of wine for up to 60 days with this wine preservation system with the use of nitrogen or argon gas. It can also be configured with Smartcard technology where the customer can pour their own glass of wine through the dispenser.
N2Vin
The N2Vin wine preservation system once again uses nitrogen gas to preserve the wine, and they claim they can keep the wine fresh for up to 1 month.
By The Glass®
The By The Glass® wine dispenser is perfect for a wine bar with its two climate zones allowing you to serve red and white wines at the perfect serving temperature, with the wine remaining fresh for 2 weeks once the bottle has been opened. There is also the ability to pre-set portion controls, including allowing customers to have a small taste, and also connected to a cash register with access to the regulator using a card scanner.
